Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
Yes on 18 - Vote for Our Future, a ballot measure committee, sponsored by the California League of Conservation Voters, a coalition of youth advocates, environmentalists, teachers, veterans and essential workers, and Asm. Evan Low & Asm. Kevin Mullin is a Section 501(c)(4) social welfare organization, EIN 85-2605868. All donors must fill out the following form completely. Contributions are not tax deductible for state or federal income tax purposes. State law requires us to report the name, street address, occupation, and name of employer of all donors. There is no limit on the amount you may contribute. A person may not make a contribution in the name of another. Contributions from lawfully-admitted permanent residents of the United States (green-card holders) are permitted. However, the committee may not accept a contribution from a foreign government or foreign principal.
