The Yolo County Pride Democratic Club is the home for progressive Democrats, including lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender individuals, and their straight allies. Together, we are actively shaping the political landscape at the local, state, and federal levels.

 

The Yolo County Pride Democratic Club maintains an open membership policy for all registered Democrats. Members must reside, attend an accredited educational institution, work in Yolo county, or otherwise represent Yolo County, and actively maintain a residence in the great State of California.

 

Current membership dues for the club are as follows: 

• Stonewall - Fixed‐Income/Economic Hardship Membership/Monthly Sustaining - (Recurring, minimum three payments): $10
• Bronze - Student/Intern/Senior/Retiree: $15 
• Silver - Individual Membership: $30 
• Gold - (Family Membership - Maximum of two people per family): $50
• Platinum - Lifetime (Monthly Sustaining - 12 month Recurring): $42
• Diamond - Lifetime - One time payment: $500

Membership benefits include, but are not limited to [Member in Good Standing must be active for no less than 61 days to receive full benefits]:

• Full voting rights on items when brought to club membership
• Voting on club endorsements and contributions
• Opportunities to join committees 
• Updates on political activity in the county
• Participation in the many forums and platform presentations
• Voting for candidates seeking an elected officer position within Yolo Pride Democratic Club
• Eligible for an elected Executive Officer position within Yolo Pride Democratic Club
• Receiving club meeting notices, invitations to all activities, publications and events and learning about local political activity
• Discount on select club events and activities
