The 2020 Campaign started the day after Election Day 2018. But how and to whom should we give? We have decided this year to focus our contributions on state party organizations in swing states with contested Senatorial races next year. We need to help build party capacity NOW so that next year, when there are nominees in pace, they have organizations ready to help. Please give generously and often!
Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Mark Kelly for Senate are not tax deductible. An individual or federal PAC may contribute a maximum amount of $3,300/$5,000 for the Primary and General elections, both being separate elections. Contributions from corporations, labor organization treasury funds, foreign nationals, and federal government contractors are prohibited. Contributions must be made from the contributor's own funds, not those of another and contributors may not be reimbursed by any other person or entity. Mark Kelly for Senate does not accept contributions from corporate PACs.
