At Zinc Collective, our vision is to deliver persistent Democratic majorities. In 2026, we are focused on winning back the House, adding Democratic seats in the Senate, and electing more Democratic governors.

We will do that by recruiting, training, and deploying exceptional staff talent on the most competitive races – and arming them with the critical skills needed to win. Our primary focus this year is providing campaigns with experts in social comms and AI to help them level up their online strategies and win. 

In 2026, we are:

  1. Provide dedicated social and digital comms support to 55+ competitive House and 20+ competitive Senate and Gubernatorial campaigns
  2. Train 1,000+ operatives — approximately 40% of all federal and gubernatorial campaign staff – on the AI and social comms skills essential to win. 
  3. Place best-in-class campaign managers onto 30+ of the most competitive House campaigns
