Zo-mentum from NYC to Providence
Congratulations to Zohran Mamdani on his historic victory in New York City. Zohran inspired hundreds of thousands of New Yorkers to stand together and demand a city they can afford. We have a chance to do the same thing right here in Providence. David Morales is running for Mayor to tackle the affordability crisis and deliver a Providence for All!
Today, Providence is the least affordable city in America for renters. Costs are going up for everyone, as property taxes continue to rise while our schools remain underfunded and we've seen no improvement in our city services. David is running to fix that.
David will deliver housing we can afford, end bad city contracts and demand that the wealthiest property owners in Providence finally pay their fair share to our city and our schools. As Mayor, David will continue to fight for all our neighbors and make sure that Providence is a city where everyone feels welcomed.
