This is the most important reporting period we have before the 2014 elections. The Tea Party is actively recruiting potential opponents to run against me, and this is the last opportunity we have to show them how strong we are.

Simply, your donation will allow me to keep fighting for ideals that we all share--ideals that are at risk in DC.

2014 is going to be a big year: I want to keep fighting for SNAP, veterans benefits, an unemployment extension, and for campaign finance reform.

But those beliefs make me a top target for the extreme right wing, and they'll stop at nothing to get me out of office.
