Elizabeth Warren summed up what he has meant to everyday people when she tweeted this: "Washington is rigged for the big guys - and no person has more consistently called them out for it than Jon Stewart. Good luck, Jon!"
Now, it's up to us to continue Jon Stewart's work speaking truth to power -- and it's what we do with Elizabeth Warren and others every day.
We aren't always as funny as Jon Stewart, but we do fight every day for big investments in infrastructure jobs, debt-free college, campaign finance and election reform, fair trade that protects workers and jobs, and more.
