My total contributions, including previous contributions to this campaign, do not exceed $500 total during this election cycle.

My contribution is from my personal funds and is not from another individual or entity reimbursing the amount of the contribution.

My contribution does not come from a corporation (including nonprofit corporations and LLCs electing to be treated as a corporation under the Internal Revenue Code).

I have not received a City or County contract, or series of contracts, in total excess of $50,000 over the last six months that required the approval of the Board of Supervisors, nor am I currently involved in negotiations for such contract(s).

Contributions to Muhammad-Khalil for Mayor 2015 are not tax deductible. Election law requires us to publicly report cumulative contributions of $100 or more. We cannot accept contributions from individuals without name, street address, employer, and occupation information. In making this contribution, the contributor affirms that they are a United States citizen or a permanent resident alien.

Generally, contributions from any one individual or entity in aggregate may not exceed $500 for each election cycle. There are exceptions for some types of political parties and committees. We may not accept contributions from persons who are negotiating City contracts subject to city approval or who have received such a City contract within the last six months, or from their directors, officers or owners.

 

Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. I am not an owner, director, officer, or named sub-contractor of any entity that is currently negotiating a contract with [select appropriate: City and County of San Francisco, name of a City department, or the San Francisco Unified School District, the San Francisco Community College District, or board of a state agency that has a member who is appointed by a City elective officer], or of any entity that received such a contract within the last twelve months.
  5. I am not a contract or expenditure lobbyist in the City of San Francisco.
  6. My aggregated contribution(s) to this committee do not exceed $500.
  7. This contribution is not from a corporation, limited liability company, or limited liability partnership.
  8. I do not have a financial interest in a land use matter valued at $5,000,000 or more that is currently pending before the Board of Appeals, Board of Supervisors, Building Inspection Commission, Commission on Community Investment and Infrastructure, Historic Preservation Commission, Planning Commission, Port Commission, or Treasure Island Development Authority Board of Directors, nor have I had a financial interest in any such land use matter for which any of these boards or commissions have rendered a final decision or ruling within the last twelve months.
