US House candidates Darcy Burner, and Peter Goldmark and candidates running for the Washington State legislature. Volunteering is more important than money, but please do what you can.

Darcy Burner

Darcy Burner has a wonderful shot at turning this once solidly Republican district blue for the first time ever. She's a wonderful woman and will fit the district to a T. She has family in Iraq. She has experience as a Microsoft Exec. She is one of the hardest working, most dedicated Democrats this cycle.

Peter Goldmark

Peter Goldmark has a chance to take back Speaker Tom Foley's seat in Congress. He's running against a first termer who we need to defeat in this Democratic year before she becomes a household name and tries to contest for statewide office. Peter Goldmark is the man to do it: he is a plain talking rancher and volunteer firefighter who will take a lead on the environment in a way that our ranchers and farmers can understand like breaking our oil dependency by making biofuels economically feasible.

Rodney Tom

He left the Republican party and the Republican party left him. Rodney Tom will continue fighting for healthcare and education, only now he won't have to battle his own party any more. Help make this once red seat blue!

Jack Burkman

Because there are enough Republicans in Washington named Dunn! Seriously, Southwest Washington is one of the fastest growing areas in the state. And what better way to get people in that area used to voting for Democrats than a moderate Democrat committed to improving healthcare, transit and education in the state?
