I believe in progressive causes and people-powered politics. I believe in the following candidates, and hope you'll join me in contributing what you can to their campaigns. Here's to a bright, progressive future for our children.

my choice for candidate. The US cannot afford more conservatives whose goal is to 'drown the government'. Between New Orleans' and the Mississippi's levees they've done just that. we can change. Yes we can.

We helped boot Pombo last time (a corrupt Abramoff-tied republican) in CA-11. We need to keep Jerry in the house. Here's hoping too that progressive contributions keep him moving away from conservative compromises.

Charlie Brown

Charlie's a fighter, and he supports Veterans in deed, not just words. He's running against the carpetbagger and perpetual-candidate Tom McClintock (out of Thousand Oaks). Even conservatives don't like McClintock; conservatives will end up respecting Charlie.

I've read his books, I've listen to his podcasts, I remember old SNL skits. I don't live in his state, but MN needs to be true Blue

CA-03 (Amador/Calaveras Co.) needs to be Blue, and Bill's a physician and ex-Marine. He can Semper Fi, but Dan Lungren (ick!) cannot. Let's send Lungren packing.

CA-26 is currently represented by the odious David Drier, and Drier is not progressive in any sense. Russ is also supported by Calitics, so me too!

I have relatives in Fountain Valley. I remember the strawberry fields. But something's rotten in Orange Count: Dana Rohrabacher, another corrupt Republican. But, Debbie's had real responsibility and accountability as a Mayor (not like Palin). She'll get rid of the rotten Republicans. Donate with me!

Steve Young

The dude blogs on Daily Kos, and had some great Convention reports. He's taking on John Campbell in CA-48 (Irvine) with a bold stand on Veterans and Iraq. His faith inspires him to work on behalf of the less fortunate. We need more Democrats in The OC. Give to Steve!
