Hello to my friends and family! This is a list of candidates that I've chosen who I think are worth any support you can give.

When I judge a candidate, I keep in mind:

  • support for technology, science, and entrepreneurship (important to me, as a tech-entrepreneur)
  • a stable economy
  • fiscal responsibility, rule of law, fairness
  • my New Jersey roots

My comments are next to each candidate below. Email me if you have any questions about any of this.

Also: this site, ActBlue, is one I work with at my job. It's a fabulous organization, and I'm having a great time working with them! When you contribute, you'll be prompted to leave a "tip" for the fine folks at ActBlue. Please do support them.

Barack Obama

We need Obama as our next president. Three clear reasons:

(1) Economic Change: We must promote tech and green-energy industries, and support small businesses and entrepreneurs like myself. Obama's policies are a clear win for those who seek to innovate.

(2) Foreign Policy: We need a foreign policy backed by reason and strength. The old policies would continue to bankrupt and weaken us.

(3) Balanced Budgets: History proves that Democrats Balance Budgets. We need to do this in order to stabilize the economy

Darcy Burner

I know of Burner through friends, and I can confirm that she is a smart and trustworthy candidate. She is a former Microsoft product manager, and has run for this seat before.

Her policies are pro-science, pro-tech, and in favor of practical progressive reforms. We need more people like her!

Josh Zeitz

Zeitz would be a great representative for New Jersey! He is a scholar, professor and writer with deep Jersey roots, and is committed to a smart slate of progressive policies. Let's get some smart folks in our congress!

Rush Holt

Holt is the real deal: a former professor of physics (his bumper stickers read: "My Congressman IS a rocket scientist!") and an experienced congressman. In addition to pro-science and progressive policies, he is a strong advocate of verifiable voting (to fight electronic voting fraud). One of the best Congressmen we have.

Al Franken

My former state of Minnesota! Franken embodies the compassion and wit that I see in many friends from Minnesota. He would be a great addition to our Senate.
