For all others, membership dues is $1,200/year. To pay monthly: If you are 35 or under, check the button next to the blank amount, and put $45.83 in that blank. ($550 divided by 12 months.) All others, check the same button, and put $100 in that blank. ($1,200 divided by 12 months.) On the payment information page, under "Make it monthly" select "yes" and type in the number of months in the highlighted field (12 months for one year, 24 months for two years, etc.).
