Moments ago we learned that Van Wangaard's campaign has decided to further delay an inevitable Democratic senate majority, and will take the result of the 21st Senate District recall election to court.

After the full count on Election Day, and a taxpayer funded recount of all the votes; John Lehman still leads by over 800 votes. The Republican dominated Board of Canvass in Racine County finalized this recount over a week ago, but with today's decision by the GOP, the 21st Senate District and the majority in the state senate are still in limbo.
