Every day we spend over $200 million on the war in Iraq That's $1 million dollars on the war every 7 minutes.

As of October 16, 2006: 2,771 US troops have been Killed. 20,468 US troops have been wounded. 40,000 - 100,000 Iraqi Civilians have been killed. The current administration has a policy of not attending soldiers funerals. The current government will not allow the media to photograph flag draped coffins.

Below is a small list of congressional candidates who have a good chance of taking a seat away from an incumbent politician who wants to 'stay the course' in Iraq.

IF YOU BELIEVE THE WAR IN IRAQ MUST END - YOU CAN HELP REPLACE THE POLITICIANS THAT CREATED THE WAR AND WANT TO CONTINUE IT

"I believe Congress must take the lead and demand that a timetable be set for the Iraqi people to take control of their own country, so we can bring our brave troops home quickly and safely. Until we set a clear timetable for returning America's military men and women home, the Iraqis will never take control of their own security."

"I am deeply concerned that this Administration doesn't seem to have a plan for success in Iraq. President Bush said it might be up to other 'Presidents' to deal with Iraq. He used the plural word then -- 'presidents' -- which makes me believe he thinks we could be there another ten years. That's very troubling to consider keeping our men and women in jeopardy that long. It means this Administration is having a harder time then they're letting on in bringing home our men and women. I will push the Administration to be more honest with the American people and demand a clear exit strategy."
