The Progressive Change Institute uses a bottom-up ethos to change the battlefield on many progressive issues. It's literally changing the debate.
The bottom-up Big Ideas Project in 2015 resulted in big ideas like debt-free college being endorsed by presidential candidates and over 100 members of Congress. Now, PCI is working with a broad coalition to bring bottom-up Open Debates into the presidential race and other elections so the questions you care about get asked.
