In light of some of the recent events in New York State Government the College Democrats of New York and other organizations are proud to be leaders of the SAVE New York Campaign.
Young adults in government and politics are in a unique position to evaluate and hopefully one-day change the political landscape locally, statewide and nationally. As individuals who have learned a tremendous amount from the true leaders in government, we are able to make a pledge that we will NOT campaign on the perceived inabilities of our opponents, simply because they are of a different party and we WILL campaign on the issues, strengths and merits of the candidates that we are supporting. A pledge that I hope my collegiate and young professional colleagues will agree to and a lesson that I hope will be taught TO those who came before us.
Please support us as we embark on our journey to reform government and politics in New York through a unique perspective. Your support will go towards programming at our annual convention on April 9th-11th in Albany as well as the future endeavors of college students throughout New York.
