Wonkette for Jeanne Shaheen
Jeanne Shaheen might not have been "virtually born" in New Hampshire like her opponent, Scott Brown, but as its governor and senator, she has fought for years to improve the lives of its citizens.
Shaheen has a long history of supporting equal pay, LGBT rights, victims of sexual assault, veterans -- basically, everything Brown doesn't have the time to care about because he's too busy driving his truck to whatever state he thinks will have him next.
Shaheen might not have a wife and a house full of women like Scott Brown, but she supports laws that actually improve women's lives. And that's even better than giving them a "hero" plaque just for being women.
Please donate to help us send Jeanne Shaheen back to the Senate and keep Scott Brown out of it. He already had his chance to prove just how little he cares about the people of his state -- whatever that happens to be at the moment.
