As a lifelong White Plains resident, Valerie is proud to serve as a representative on the Common Council to continue all efforts making sure the city remains a desirable destination for all who live, work and play in a diverse municipality. Priorities of the community are heard and respected with reference to safety, development, affordability and civic engagement.
