Vantiv/Worldpay Merchant Account Report Request Form

This form is no longer available. ActBlue's Vantiv/Worldpay merchant accounts have been discontinued as of February 2024 and all merchant account activity is now processed by Stripe.

To access contribution data as well as detailed information for each payout to your bank account (including Stripe and ActBlue fee information), you'll need to log in to your ActBlue Dashboard and navigate to the Downloads tab, where all of that information is available to download.

To download reports showing Stripe and ActBlue fees, you can scroll to the bottom of the Downloads page and choose the Merchant Account Settlement or Merchant Account Activity reports. Merchant Account Settlement reports will pull a list of every individual line item included in each payout to your bank account during the selected date range. In contrast, the Merchant Account Activity report will pull a list of all contributions created during the selected date range (including the payout date for each contribution).

Please note that it takes two business days after payouts are created to be available for download, and you will generally see payouts in your bank account 1-2 business days after the payout creation date.
